1.85mm Interface Gauge Zero Calibration Block
Connector Gage Kits provide an easy and accurate way to measure critical linear interface dimensions of most coaxial connectors. It is not only used to measure the height difference between the inner and outer conductors,
but also to measure other dimensions that affect the meshing of the connectors.
The rf connector must meet the interface size specified in the corresponding standard to ensure that the connector produced by different manufacturers can be interchangeable.
If the interface size of the connector is wrong, it will cause an indicator error, and in serious cases, the connector will be damaged when meshing with each other. Especially connected with precise calibrators, adapters,
cable assemblies, network analyzer port, can cause huge losses. By using Connector Gage Kits to inspect connectors during production /before delivery or incoming inspection, it will ensure the correct use of the connector and avoid losses.

Torque Wrench:
1.Torque wrench can be divided iN to: preset type, fixed value type, dial type, digital display type, slip type, bending type, and kilogram wrench. Ours is a fixed value torque wrench, which can ensure that the connector is
connected reliably and will not cause damage to the thread during the meshing process. When the applied torque reaches the preset value, the wrench will make a "click" sound or bend a little at the wrench link, which means
that the torque has reached the preset value and the connector meets the standard requirements.
2.The "click" issued by the torque wrench is generated by the internal torque releasing its structure which includes pressure spring, torque release joint and torque ejector rod
3.First set the torque value needed on the torque wrench, then lock the torque wrench, at last start tightening the bolts. When the bolt reaches the torque value, it will produce an instant disconnection effect. The "clicking"
sound of the metal shell occurs at the moment of the disjointing effect. Thus, the reminder function of achieving the torque value occurs.
The torque wrench is used in conjunction with some valuable instruments to achieve the purpose of protecting the instrument joint, and some are also used in instrument equipment of production lines configured with
connectors to achieve the purpose of zero thread loss.
Torque Wrench Featuress:

Torque Wrench application note:
1.Periodically check whether the torque wrench value is correct.
2.Standard using, prevent continuing to force when reaching the protection value.
3.Do not connect a sleeve to extend the torque arm at the end of the Torque Wrench, so as not to cause damage to the Torque Wrench.
4.Water intrusion iN to Torque Wrench should be avoided to prevent rust of parts.
5.Torque Wrench is designed according to the strength of the human hand. Do not strike the Torque Wrench with a hammer when facing tight thread parts.
